Come and flow with Misster (Jedi Master) Mensa ‘16, Tommy Ryan! Yoga is a great practice for physical, mental, and spiritual health. Physically, you will work with not only flexibility, but endurance, breath, and balance. The breath and meditation plus affirmations during class will benefit more than just your body. All ages and levels of experience welcome.
