We will be looking at the art and science of wine and cheese pairing. Come ready to learn the why behind this classic duo. Experiment to see if you agree with the science, or if your taste buds say otherwise!

Entry to an alcohol-related program requires a government-issued photo id per our hotel contract.
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Presenter’s Bio
Catrina started her wine explorations when she was a grad student in the little known area of Sonoita, AZ where she picked the brain of the former U of A Chemistry professor who ran a winery there. She has been a member of Lynfred Winery since 1999. Catrina's favorite oenophile hobby is food and wine pairing—especially how the same wine can taste completely different with different foods.
