Description
Find out who earned CAM awards, who is the HalloweeM Party Animal (as designated by the HELL's M's who vote starting Sunday around midnight), and the WeeM volunteers won large and small prizes for serving selflessly this weekend. Everyone who volunteers should fill out a raffle ticket for every hour they contributed (double if you signed up for some of the shifts that qualify for double tickets).

Peter Dudeck is the CAM LocSec.
Heather Booton is your fearless WeeM chair. She's been a dedicated member of the WeeM team for over 10 years and chair for 9.

Deadlines
- Registration - Discounts for advanced registration are available through Friday, October 17th. (Note: Full payment is required by the appropriate deadline to qualify for the discount for which you registered.)
- Vendor space - Please complete and submit a Vendor Application by Wednesday, October 22nd. If you have any questions after reviewing the Vendor Flyer containing all the details, contact the WeeM Vendor Liaison .
- Lodging - The hotel is offering a WeeM rate of $129 through Thursday, October 9th, subject to availability. If the hotel block is full, please contact our WeeM Chair who will try to expand the block.
- Room Sharing - Email us if you’re interested in sharing a room by submitting your preferences by Wednesday, October 29th.
