Registration Rates & Deadlines†:
Adults (18 and over):
- $95 through Friday, Jul. 31st
- $105 through Sunday, Nov. 1st
- $115 through Friday, Dec. 25th
- $125 at the door
Youth (9 to 17):
- $60 through Friday, Jul. 31st
- $65 through Sunday, Nov. 1st
- $75 through Friday, Dec. 25th
- $85 at the door
+10 for non-members but that includes a voucher for testing within a month worth $30
Child (8 and under):

Age as of Friday, Jan. 15, 2027
Unaccompanied youth 12-17 must have a parent/guardian present at registration to sign the appropriate form.
To Register Online:
Register by filling out the online registration form and pay with either a credit card or bank draft. The form includes complete instructions and can be used for multiple people.
Preregistration Deadline
After Friday, December 25th, you can no longer preregister nor qualify for a discount. If you opted to pay via bank draft, full payment must be received by the appropriate deadline to qualify for any discount.
Refunds
Cancellation and refund requests must be received by Friday, December 25th (an 8% service fee will be subtracted). Cancellation and refund requests received after that date will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, based on circumstance and event viability. Contact our registrar .
