Dr. Tara Travia is a licensed psychologist, EMDR Certified Clinician and Consultant, and continuing education provider specializing in complex trauma. She integrates ACT and EMDR to help driven, gifted individuals heal and thrive. Her latest book, "The Forgiveness Trap", is available in paperback and digital formats.
