Quilling Paper Art
Description
Quilling (or paper filigree) is a centuries-old art form where thin strips of paper are curled, shaped, and arranged to create intricate and beautiful designs. This versatile craft can be used to decorate everything from jewelry and greeting cards to ornaments and more. It’s easy to learn and requires only a few basic tools to get started.
