Come with me, and we'll be in a world of pure imagination-- chocolate and wine style. We will be sampling how these two elixers may combine to create synergy or schism.

Catrina has enjoyed exploring wine starting in Sonoita, AZ to Paso Robles in CA and close to home at Lynfred Winery nearby the WeeM hotel. She enjoys culinary adventures of all kinds and especially the way food and wine interact to create interesting and unexpected combinations.

Deadlines
- Registration - Discounts for advanced registration are available through Friday, October 16th. (Note: Full payment is required by the appropriate deadline to qualify for the discount for which you registered.)
- Vendor space - Please complete and submit a Vendor Application by Thursday, October 22nd. If you have any questions after reviewing the Vendor Flyer containing all the details, contact the WeeM Vendor Liaison .
- Lodging - The hotel is offering a WeeM rate of $132 through Thursday, October 8th, subject to availability. If the hotel block is full, please contact our WeeM Chair who will try to expand the block.
- Room Sharing - Let us help match you up with another attendee who is also interested in sharing a room by submitting your information by Wednesday, October 28th.
