Description
A photo booth will be available from 7:30 - 11:30 PM Saturday, in the front hall outside Hospitality. There will be props you can use to make your photo even more special. You will get a copy of your masterpiece, and electronic copies will be saved in case we need to undermine your future Senate bid. (Just kidding.) See the WeeM Photo Booth pictures from 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2015, or 2014 (photos earlier than 2022 can only be viewed by Mensa members).

Deadlines
- Registration - Discounts for advanced registration are available through Friday, October 16th. (Note: Full payment is required by the appropriate deadline to qualify for the discount for which you registered.)
- Vendor space - Please complete and submit a Vendor Application by Thursday, October 22nd. If you have any questions after reviewing the Vendor Flyer containing all the details, contact the WeeM Vendor Liaison .
- Lodging - The hotel is offering a WeeM rate of $132 through Thursday, October 8th, subject to availability. If the hotel block is full, please contact our WeeM Chair who will try to expand the block.
- Volunteer Now! Get involved and become a star. We have a great WeeM every year due to the many of you who sign up to help out for a few hours or more. Sign up as a volunteer and qualify for raffle tickets to win one of the gift cards. Earn the coveted WeeM pin when you volunteer for least 4 hours.
- Room Sharing - Let us help match you up with another attendee who is also interested in sharing a room by submitting your information by Wednesday, October 28th.
