Fictional Cocktails II (Contemporary Fiction & Urban Fantasy)
Description
From shaken martinis to Victory-Gin; from the Flaming Moe to the SlimJim Fiz; since the invention of the cocktail, writers of contemporary fiction have been eager to concoct interesting, exotic or downright bizarre cocktails for their characters to imbibe. Join me for Fictional Cocktails II.
In this program we will watch clips, read excerpts and, of course, learn to mix, sample & review several (formerly) fictional drinks from the modern fiction we love most!
This is an audience participation event & will only reach full seating if 5 people agree to join my intrepid crew of mixers & servers!
Must be 21 years of age or older.

Presenter’s Bio
Nathaniel L. Arons is a former chef, former disaster relief worker, former TTG-designer & entrepreneur and was once upon a time in the top 100 H.S. Chess players in Illinois. Nat is currently an EMT who provides on-site medical care at Media Productions, Cons, BJJ Tournaments and sporting events.
In his spare time, when he isn't reading nerdy books or watching nerdier TV-shows/movies, Nat mixes drinks. Trying to combine these hobbies into a single WeeM event has become his yearly fall tradition.

Deadlines
- Registration - tttthereeeeeeeeee Monday, July 14th is the last day to qualify for a great discount. Discounts for advanced registration are available through Friday, October 17th. (Note: Full payment is required by the appropriate deadline to qualify for the discount for which you registered.)
- Lodging - The hotel is offering a WeeM rate of $129 through Thursday, October 9th, subject to availability. If the hotel block is full, please contact our WeeM Chair who will try to expand the block.
