Dealing with Difficult People

Description

In our day-to-day lives and especially as leaders, we encounter difficult people and situations that we don't always know how to handle. In this interactive session, we'll go over some basic tips for dealing with difficult people and situations, then troubleshoot some specific scenarios. This presentation is based on training initially developed for Mensa leaders and AG Guides, but has great takeaways for anyone who finds themselves dealing with sticky situations on a regular basis.

Heather Booton

Presenter’s Bio

Heather has been WeeM chair for 10 years now, and a leader in Mensa for 20. She likes to indulge her warped sense of humor by making up bios. As a leader in Mensa, Heather attempts to inspire smart people while also trying to negotiate peace treaties among 3-ton aquatic mammals.
