Title

Scotch Whisky (Tasting) across the 80s!

Description

From the 1780s illicit distilling, to the 1880s Scotch whisky boom, onto the 1980s prevalence of single malt, followed by our modern era of diverse production—Scotch whisky distilleries continue to keep to tradition while modernizing their operations. Come learn (and taste!) how these updates and technological advancements (even AI!) have impacted the whisky-making process.
