Description
Lora became fascinated by retsina through Douglas Adam's books, and realized that it was another inside joke. Come learn a bit about the history of resinated wines, and why they have been simultaneously popular and wildly unpopular. We'll wrap it up with a tasting.

Lora is new to the Chicago area but not new to WeeM. A member of the hospitality teaM, she is also a former RVC, a former Chief People and Compliance Officer, and… well, a lot of other former things.
