The Hotel

Once again, the venue is the Sheraton Chicago Northwest. They always work hard for us, and we'll very nearly have the entire function space to ourselves. (No furries!)

You can reserve a room at the Sheraton using the link below, which connects you directly to the WeeM room block and rate, or by calling the hotel and asking for the "WeeM 34" rate. Our $99 rate is available for nights from October 28 to November 2 if you reserve by October 8th.

Ask for the Mensa rate of $99 (S/D/T/Q) by October 8th.

Water Music (if you can Handel it)

The Sheraton has a water park. Use of the water park is not included in the hotel price or your WeeM registration. However, we have obtained discounted admission for you because, as Lincoln said, "People who like this sort of thing will find this the sort of thing they like."

Tickets to the CoCo Key Water Resort at the Sheraton are on sale to WeeM regitrants at the discounted rate of $20 per day Thursday through Sunday of WeeM. To purchase discounted passes, simply go to the CoCo Key web site, click on "Book Now" in the upper right corner and select destination Chicago. Near Admissions, click the link to purchase day passes and enter the number of passes and day you prefer. When checking out, be sure to enter WEEM34 (no space) in the promo code box and the shopping cart will be re-totaled using the discounted price.

The regular hotel pool is still available for hotel guests.
